Organization information
ESC is governed by a board of directors that steers the organizational development and and strategic decision making. On the operational level, ESC is run by a managing director and two department heads.

ESC was founded on the principals of economic and social justice, gender equity and the universal rights to Water, Sanitation and access to education.
